Circumstances:	She has been visiting us since we moved in, in January. We initially assumed she was a neighbour's cat, but she has been turning up daily and has returned with the paper collar we put on her, with no response from the owners to the phone number we gave.
Other info:	Friendly girl has been turning up outside our flat since January. We thought she belonged to a neighbour and have asked around. However, she has started to turn up more frequently looking very skinny. We gave her a paper collar with a number for her owner to call, but she has turned up on later days without it removed.
