Circumstances:	he had been disappearing all day but coming back for lunch and dinner at his usual times, last time he came back was two days ago with a new collar and his old one had been taken off. They put a flea collar on him when I had treated him just a few days before, also was barely eating when he finally came home so guessing he's being well fed by this person, so whoever u are h i understand u care about him, but he has a home who loves him. We put a note on him saying to stop feeding him the last time we saw him and he has jus disappeared, if u are keeping my cat please return him
