Circumstances:	The cat has been hanging around our and our neighbour's gardens for a few months and doesn't seem to know where to go back to. He was very thin when we first saw him so we thought he was a stray but we bought a microchip reader recently just to make sure and his chip pinged with the number attached :) we were away this weekend but have come back and he has a please do not feed collar on with a bell so I assume he has returned to the owner at some point unless a neighbour has done this to try to ward him off? Hoping to reunite him with his owners as he has set up camp in our gardens haha!
Other info:	Appears to be quite young. Very vocal.
