Circumstances:	He went out the lane that is connected to Corporation Road, llanbradach street and Clydach street. He was last seen on Cymmer street lane 4 hours ago by builders.
Other info:	He is very fast, scared of cars never been outside like this ever before and is not familiar with the outside world.
