Hi there, my friend has also been concerned about this youngster as it too has been at her house the last few days (she lives at the bottom of Wychwood Close) I'm going to call the local vets to see if anyone has lost it.

We have taken the cat to Blue Cross at Shilton to check if it is microchipped. It has not been microchipped but it is a neutered male which they think is about 2 years old. They don't have room for it in the rehoming centre at present and suggest we don't feed it as it is well cared for. It should then return home!!! So far it has no intention of going anywhere. If it remains in our garden they suggest we ring them to put it on the waiting list for the rehoming centre. We live at the bottom of Wychwood Close.

Thanks Moraig, you must live next door to Nikki and Ali then :-) Poor thing, Nikki was convinced it was a girl! I spoke with Jacksons vets this morning, they'll happily take it too until we find it a home. I've asked my hubby if I can have it and I can't :-( we already have 1 cat and dog - Nikki would take it but Tia would eat it alive! Please keep Nikki updated we have to find it a home x

Hi,Does this cat have a black mask like pattern on his face as well as a black smudge on his nose? And one black toe? My Zorro has been missing for 3 years but I'm still hoping he'll suddenly turn up. Thanks

Sorry Caitlin it's not Zorro as all its feet and toes are black. We do live next door to Nikki and Ali. 'Felix' is still here today and seems happy just sitting on our window cill. We can't give him a home as we are away a lot.

Thanks for getting back to me. And good luck finding Felix's real home, or if you can't, finding him a happy new home. Caitlin x

Hi Ladies,I've left a message for a lady called 'Lou' who is a contact for Sunshine Cat Rescue (01993 831279) I've also spoken with Jacksons again saying if they know anyone who wants a loving little boy - they've still got him down as a found cat too just in case his owners turn up. Do you want me to contact Cats Protection too? I was talking to Nikki about it this morning, poor little boy needs a home.

Yes please do contact the Cats Protection League and anyone else who might help.Later we hope to knock on a few doors in Shillbrook/Shilton Road ( at the back of our garden ) to see if anyone knows anything about him. Perhaps his owners are away and have left someone to feed him. We have given in and have fed him today!

Ahh fingers X, I've emailed and left a message for Cats Protection but they say they're full and have a waiting list. Nikki and I know the Centre Manager at the Blue Cross so if no joy over the weekend we'll speak to her to see if they'll take him in. Please do let me know - also if you want any food buying for him, i'll happily go and get some from Aldi :-)

We knocked on a few doors in Shillbrook Road and Shilton Road at the weekend but had no luck with finding the owners of the cat. He is still in our garden trying to get in the house and craving attention.

Oh no, poor little thing. I've just put a note on Facebook to my friends in West Oxfordshire Riding club, lets hope they come up trumps or with even a new home! I'll speak with Nikki tonight to see if we can get our friend the manager of Blue Cross to see if she can make room for him.

Thanks JoI have e-mailed West Oxfordshire Animal Rescue and the Oxfordshire RSPCA.We wondered if he had come from a newly built house on Shilton Road where the owners seem to be away. I put a note through the door on Sunday. My husband asked the builders who are still on site if the owners have a cat but they said not, only a dog.We will call round to see Nikki this evening.
