Circumstances:	Seen at the Oaks this morning and again at Carterton Community centre this evening.

The owner of the cat was contacted, she said it wasn't lost. I transported the cat to her so she is safe now.

I posted details on Face Book and somebody recognised the kitten. I contacted the owner who said to put the cat back where I found it but I chose to deliver her because she was in danger of being run over because she was near the entrance to a busy car park.
