This cat has been coming into my garden and sometimes home for a couple of years now, at first it seemed a stray but more recently it has looked better but I am still not convinced it has a 'proper' home at it is always so hungry, we have called it Jim! If it doesn't get claimed I would be more than happy to take him on, he is a lovely cat and has become quite friendly, he even gets on with my other cat.

Hi LesleyT, we had never seen him around before the last couple of weeks, he was in a real state when he came into ours the other night, soaked to the skin and so hungry, seems really distressed until he had spent a while drying out in front of our oven. We have our own cat and she was not amused to find him in her house, but we felt we couldn't put him back out so took him to vet to see if he was chipped. He's not chipped sadly and the vet advised us to take him to cats protection or RSPCA as she felt he was a likely a lost pet. Really nice RSPCA took him on Saturday - I bet they'd be thrilled if there was already someone to take him on...do you want to have her details from me?

Hi Caro, oh bless him, I have emailed the rspca in oxfordshire to say I would be happy to have him, but if you have specific contact details that would be great. Good to hear you took such care of him, so kind of you.
