Went missing:	8 years ago (14 October 2015 at around 08:00hrs)
Location:	Bluebell Way, adj Pear Tree Walk, Carterton, Carterton, Oxfordshire OX18, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	15 years old
Sex:	Male
Collar:	Silver
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	2 x patches of fur missing from front legs. Patch of fur missing from top of back.
Circumstances:	Got out of the kitchen window, at the house in which he was being looked after. Not from the area, from Chesterton, Bicester, so may have got lost trying to find his way. Missing from 154 Bluebell Way, Shilton Park, Carterton.
Other info:	He is diabetic and went missing yesterday morning, therefore has missed 3 doses of insulin now, so likely to be in a bad way.
