Circumstances:	Came into garden crying, very hungry. Fed it as we have a cat.
Other info:	Vocal and playful, prefers human interaction, follows one around

Thanks do you have a local person with a chip reader? I am quite away from you so although it looks a lot like loui he would have had to had jumped on the back of a delivery, which is looking more probable. Thanks

We are self isolating and elderly, if you believe he could be your cat, come take a look, quickest solution. Call the number on the poster. We cannot keep the cat any longer. He must go to a shelter.

Looked after the cat for 17 days finally found owner via a RSPCA chip reader.
