Markings:	White beak and a scratch on his beak when he left he had a ring on his foot
Circumstances:	Dougie got scared off by seagulls and tried so hard to fly back down but the seagulls wouldn't let him fly back
Other info:	He is a stunning baby macaw that will be missing his mum
