Hi we found our cat on Sat but used some good advice that I read elsewhere . This was to actually go and speak to every single house near where your cat normally goes.Take your leaflets and pop one in each letterbox where you don’t get an answer and then go back to those houses later. Ask everyone ( from a safe distance obviously due to Coronavirus) if they can check their garages and sheds and wait whilst they do this. We had been round calling and listening 3 times where our cat was found and it was only when we became a little more pushy about it did we find him , accidentally locked in someone’s garage overnight. Good luck .

Thank you, I’ve put out 50 flyers this morning, I’m so so worried and I’m concerned people are not going to want to talk to me what with the virus. I’m so scared she’s never going to come back

Aww me and my son saw her on Thursday she is very sweet! My cat has gone missing twice (we live in Belsham close) the first time she went missing for two days. Someone gave me the idea of posting on our Chesham on fb (not sure if you have it) but within the hour someone commented to say that she had been in their garden for the last few days. So that could be worth a try: also when you go out looking for her call her on your way back as it will confuse her otherwise. I posted leaflets through everyone’s door too! The second time was in the summer and she went missing for a day she came

Back on her own. She must have been trapped in somewhere. I’m sure it’s the case for yours too. Hopefully people will be out in their gardens again today! We will keep our eye out for her up here. But just to reassure you with my story I’m sure she will come home soon. I know how worrying it is! X

Oh my... if you have seen her all the way up there, I didn’t go that far with flyers, I’m going to print more now and come up there. I only went three quarters of the way up Upper Belmont, and 3 quarters of the way up ridge way. I’m besides myself I really am. Thank you for your reassuring comment. X

Sorry no we saw her up your way on our walk, just had a look at the map it must have been outside your house. The fb group is called ourchesham. There are thousands of people on there. We have Birmans so like your cat they are so pretty. I was worried someone had taken her, but nonest

Honestly she must be locked in somewhere. On your leaflets and on your comment on fb make sure you write down your number too. But maybe do go a little further afield it could

Hols02
be that she has wondered off as it was warm and doesn’t know how to get home. I’m going for a walk later around here so I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for her for you x

Thank you so much. We are at no 26 Upper Belmont. There’s no harm in me going a little further is there. I have 2, a bit called Jeru. You may see him he is much bigger. Oh I do hope she comes home I’m so bloody worried x

I remember noticing her little pink bell. I know exactly how you feel! I just cried constantly for two days! She had got out onto the first house on Hivings hill when she went missing. Normally she doesn’t go far at all just the next few gardens. So definitely worth going further.
