Sex:	Neutered Male

Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	White strip down nose. Black body. White belly and paws. Nose skin is half pink half brown. Same with some of the paw prints.
Circumstances:	He left the house after just being fed and then the hail stones started to come down hard. Think he may have been seeking shelter and has been locked in a shed.
