Ive seen a cat looking very similar by the carpark on the Bristol road in Chippenham. Her tail fur is looking a bit matted. But black, green eyes, white bib, long hair. It is rare to see cats here there arent many houses nearby.

Oh wow! She is chipped but to my partners ex wife, I believe! We have no details other then the address. Does the cat look owned ? Is it there often? I'd hate to take it to the vets and then it's not her. Don't want to scare her off either :(
