Circumstances:	I come to train at Dogdelight and I have seen this cat outside everyday, getting skinnier by the day, he sit outside the front door of the house that is put for sale. the house seems empty. the cat wears a collar but the tag is missing

I went to the vet next door to report her, and she told me she s a very friendly cat under medication, but very happily owned and taken care off
