Markings:	He has sme matted fur on his back that we were brushing out so his back feels lumpy.
Circumstances:	We moved house and this was his first experience outside again after keeping him in for a while.

It certainly looks like the same cat. I have to update because the cat was taken to the vet and the cat had a chip. The owners were notified

I reporter a very similar cat on the 12th September - check it out - but it was long before you cat went missing.
