Hi I know it has been over a year ago since your cat has been missing but I have found a cat about half an hour ago that fits the profile too perfectly. And I found the cat outside of Weldbank news. I hope this helps. :)

Hi, it had just sat down and it's fur looked disowned. I can't really tell if it was lost but a man went to shoo it away and it didn't move so I went to approach it but it wouldn't come to me. But I did see that the cat had a problem with it's right eye how the other one was fully open but the right eye wouldn't go more than half way but there was a lot of fur around it. Hope this helps
