Markings:	White belly and light brown spot on mouth that looks like she dunked her face in coffee.
Circumstances:	She has been hiding in the bin area for a while going through the bin bags for food and since the weather is minus temperature I had to take her in and try to find her home. I've been to the vets but the phone numbers are disconnected so I can't get in touch with the owners
Other info:	Very small, even her pads are colourful
