Circumstances:	She was let out in the garden for a comfort break, she’s very nervous in high wind, something spooked her and she broke through a fence. She’s just been diagnosed with heart failure and can get confused she’s also lost weight.
Other info:	Has a heart condition requiring medication and has lost weight
