Circumstances:	The cat has been hanging around our garden for months and is very friendly. Looks like he had been in some kind of accident recently and has been taken to a vets who are working to find the owner on the microchip

Owner said he has been missing for months and doesnt want him back. Waiting on papers being sent over to us
