Hi, if the cat got the collar and bell meaning is you neighbour cat . I have a female css who comes everyday in my house eating biscuit ,playing and go away. Try to scan for a chip in case the owner move out and left the cat behind.

Hello. I don't have any information on the cat's owner, I just wanted to offer support with vet visits, or offering a temporary home for lost pets. I volunteer with the NHS so I can travel under special circumstances during lockdown. Hope this helps. All the best, take care.
