I’m afraid it’s not your car - a neighbour recognised the picture and claimed him. They had plenty of proof. Hope you find yours.

How did they contact you? You should Always take lost cats to your local vets to get scanned

I did. No chip. They contacted me through friends. They had plentyt of proof he was theirs.
