Circumstances:	Has been around a few months but is now coming to front door and meowing seems friendly but is looking more straggly and seems to want to come in I see him all day everyday walking around my road .

Hi, this cat look the same as one I used to see here where I live. His owner had one exactly the same and he left the house and left behind his cat. I saw him for few weeks then I didn't see him anymore
