Circumstances:	A neighbour opened a front window. He is an indoor cat and will be scared.
Other info:	He is usually an indoor cat with outdoor supervision

He was found injured in a garden about half a mile from home he was being fed by a lady there in her back garden and had been attacked and has cuts scratches all over
