Circumstances:	This cat has been living under our porch for some time now. It is skinny, but we have been feeding it. It has very matted fur. It is very timid, but it has finally let me pet it while it eats.

Yes, it was not chipped. I managed to catch it, and it has been turned over to SSPCA
