We are 99.9% sure that Toby has been rehomed via Crunchy's dog rescue, we were told by the holding kennel that he had already been homed, and they would not tell us which rescue he was in, by the time we managed to find him which took several days because we found a picture of him on pets 4 homes website, when we got hold of the rescue he had only been homed the day before, so we would of had an opportunity to check if it was him, the worrying thing is that he is microchipped, so please look out for him, we think he is still local, the coucil didnt inform the owner that a dog of tobys description had been found, even though she had rang the council several times, i have spoken to the council and they are not prepared to help, they just says its unfortunate, but we still want to find out if this is Toby or not, thanks kathy
