Circumstances:	I saw the cat originally at 6 pm near the woods on the other side of the Palatine Center. He/she seemed lost. They were just meowing in the middle of the street. I spent some time with them and then left. I came back around 8:30, and called to them. They were farther back in the woods up the hill toward the psychology and maths building. They seemed hungry. I took them to the vet. They did not have a chip, and the vet said someone else had brought the cat in before, thinking it was lost.
