Markings:	Black ears, black nose, black tail and two black markings on back
Circumstances:	Panda is very much a home based cat who goes out for a couple of hours and then always comes back, sadly we think he may have been run over as many cats are in the area but we have been unable to find him anywhere.
Other info:	Slightly cow hocked back legs and small build
