Markings:	He is missing a tooth so has a lopsided mouth. His ringer has a small edge removed on the left side
Circumstances:	Romeo was last seen asleep on the roof of my next door neighbours transit van in front of their house on Abbots Road
Other info:	He is vocal when hungry and has a large lump on the inside of his left hind leg
