Markings:	Black markings on top of head/ears, tail and bogs spots on back
Circumstances:	Sited not found but will continue to try and bring the cat inside as it's been sited for 24hrs meowing and trying to get in. It is soaked through and cold, it was crying outside my window again at 1.30am and I managed to get outside quick enough to approach and stroke the cat however it got spooked as I tried to get it indoors to get warm/dry and ran off. The cat doesn't appear to be injured but definitely seems outside of its comfort zone and lost and scared
Other info:	Very cold and wet, I assume it is female and young given it's size and temperament
