Hi There. At 12pm today (7th Oct) we saw a black dog with long fluffy fur with a collar on. It was running along the pavement through Epping Forest. The dog was running towards The Limes Doctors/St Margaret's hospital. Think it had a collar on. Could not see any owners. We were in the car so could not stop.
