Markings:	Slightly full/pink top lip and sometimes has uneven pupils.
Circumstances:	Left home and has not returned
Other info:	Old injuries from prior RTA - noisy breathing, slightly full/pink top lip (could be mistaken for tongue sticking out) and sometimes has uneven pupils.

He just arrived through the car flap in a happy manner and wasn’t hungry or asking for food, so we suspect someone has been feeding him or at least he raided dinners elsewhere.
