Circumstances: Sadly we drove past a deceased cat on the side of the A30 towards Exeter from Cornwall (about 15 minutes out of Exeter). It is not on a part of the road where it is easy or safe to stop and I had my baby and dog in the car so was unable to collect them.

I'm afraid I don't know as I'm not from the area. I was just passing through the area on my way home in from visiting family in Cornwall when we spotted it. Hopefully someone else has seen as was able to stop but it was a very busy spot and would be tricky for anyone to pull over
