Circumstances:	The cats has appeared in the street and keeps staying around a particular area.
Other info:	This little cat has appeared about a week ago, and stays in the street in St Thomas area. Very skinny and very hungry. Approaches people but seems frightened and alert all the time.

Hi she is my cat & lives just up the road from where she has been seen, she is fed regularly but other people keep feeding her.
