Circumstances:	Leo is blind so is naturally more cautious and curious. He could easily get lost and not know how to get out of an unfamiliar place or shut in somewhere. He has a strong loud meow.

Left messages on your phone number. We found a cat alive and well, matching Leo's description in Richmond Road. A kind lady called Karina is keeping Leo in her garage with food until you can collect him.
