Yes, I saw this or one very similar at the top catisfield LANE near highlands on Sun 24th at approx 1pm

After dropping fliers and asking for people to check sheds and garages, a neighbour phoned saying she saw Rupert behind her cottage. Not sure if the leaflets meant someone opened up somewhere and he was released as he does look thin and has eaten three plates of food.
