Circumstances:	Description:4 dogs stolen from Charney Kennels. 3 White Japanese Spitz (1 BOY QUINCY 2 years old, 2 GIRLS...KIRA 5 YEARS OLD AND DULCIE 3 YEARS) and 1 Cocker spaniel (PRIMROSE FEMALE 1 YEAR). Stolen at Stanford Rd, Faringdon SN7 8ET. Around 11am 2/4/16. Two men wanted after been seen on CCTV for this theft and other crimes in the area

Hi, Given "Two men wanted after been seen on CCTV for this theft and other crimes in the area" then why can't the footage be put somewhere on the internet (youtube or a website say) where we can see tthe two men? Wouldn't that assist helping to find them?Also, why were none of the dogs chipped?

Hi Gary, All of the dogs are chipped, UPDATE 3 are now back with the owner. only Quincy the 2 year old boy Japanese spitz. The two men are being investigated with other crimes. Quincy is believed to have been moved about after being sperated from the other dogs so could be anywhere.
