Markings:	Black top, white bottom, 1 black eye, 1 white eye
Circumstances:	Cat has been around the estate / area for months as loads of people have seen him about very often. The last week we have been feeding him and he has become comfortable with people, before was very very timid and wouldn't go near anyone. A few months ago he didn't look unhealthy, looked like he was being fed, but he was very very dirty and often found sleeping under vehicles in the car park.
Other info:	Been around North Feltham Trading Estate for a few months, very timid and nervous, white coat is very dirty, sleeps under vehicles in car park
