Circumstances:	Neighbours talked a lot about this cat and today I saw her and lucky I had dry cat food with me (I went out to get food fir my cat) and gave her some. She approached me immediately when she smelled the food.
Other info:	She’s really skinny weighing maybe less than 3 kg. Adult Female Dark Brown cat. So skinny that you can feel all the bones
