Circumstances:	First found was 28 July
Other info:	It’s a black male cat, not chipped and not castrated. Scanned by Vets4pets at Pets At Home in Preston on 12th September. The vet said the cat is under weight. Also No collar found when I first found him. It was in a bad situation but with constant food he’s getting better.
