Markings: ears have been cut in fighting but these are probably when he was lost and not before
Circumstances: was in my yard
Other info: was very amaciated all black male cat quite friendly cut ears which have healed found in late summer saltwell park area has markings in fur where a collar once was

Does the cat have a name and his he got a white patch on his neck

Hi Phillipa markings in fur can change over time and with winter coats this cat stopped coming to be feed by me last year and have not seen him since there were two black cats very similar at that time one was bigger than the other

which is why i realised there were two of them both of them stopped coming to be feed and must have found a new feeder they both had had collars which must have been removed

the other cat which i did not photgraph was shorter haried possible did have a bit of white to him

he never stayed long just a few days the other one appreared in the summer of 2018

there was a spate of cats going missing in the low fell area and a spate of cats being found with their collars

removed the police thought someone was doing this sorry can not help more now
