Markings:	Seems to have a skin allergy.. Mostly white with a few black spots
Circumstances:	He just ran over to me as I was about to go into my house.. I looked around couldn't see any owners. I put a lead on him and walked about fir a bit trying to see if I could see someone searching.
Other info:	Looks like a smaller or younger staffy.. Very friendly.
