Circumstances:	Went out at 8pm for a wee and has not come back home. New build estate - lots of new houses so worried he’s got stuck in a half built house ( lived here 4 months so not too new to area). Near main road, goes across it to other estate. Has red collar with bell on - might have fallen off.
