Markings:	Turbo has a white moustache
Circumstances:	Turbo went out as normal after breakfast, he went to go chill in his cat house

Turbo was found collapsed in Hempstead gloucester,has injuries due to his collar getting stuck around his leg, he needs major surgery on his eyes are he has an ulcer in both eyes xx
