Markings:	Ginger moustache
Circumstances:	Due to the hot weather that day we think she decided to go out when normally she's an indoor cat with health needs. We desperately need to find her.
Other info:	Belle is a small mainly white cat with ginger and has light green eyes. She also has an under active thyroid condition and is in desperate need of medication.
