Hi jguz - I see a Siamese cat called Lilly, was lost from Dawlish avenue ( which is near to you ) a couple of months ago. The Petsreunited reference number is PR80210 - it might be worth contacting this owner, as your found cat does look like this lost Siamese. Good luck.

His name is lilac and belongs to number 19 Bideford Avenue. Maybe worth knocking on their door and letting them know.
