Markings:	White hook around the neck and white paws
Circumstances:	He was outside with my cats when I went to get them in. He seemd lost and hungry so I fed him. Never seen him in the area before.
Other info:	He looks small, maybe 9months old, friendly, and very hurngry. Fed him 2 bowls. He’s outside my house but can’t bring him in as we have kittens.
