Circumstances:	This cat has been hanging around the halls of residence at the university. The cat is very friendly and was first assumed to just be visiting and having a home however the cats quite skinny and has recently started going though the bins and trying to get inside which suggests the cat has no home. The cat is confident so I'm assuming it's had a home recently
