Your cat looks similar to the one I saw on Hagley Road West, a few weeks ago, it was outside a small grocery shop, (approx opposite toby carvery) at 8 pm. It seemed familiar with the area, i moved it to a side street but it came back to the shop, so I brought some cat food, as it was very hungry.. It was very gentle.
