This looks quite like my cat that went missing in October last year. It’s hard to tell of course cause he’s all black so there’s not a lot of identifying features. Does he have a lump near the base of his tail? Not noticeable by looking because of all the fur but if you feel it? That’s something my cat had.

Hi Roxy, I haven’t managed to check yet as he’s in my garden and quite timid. Was your cat microchipped?
Cjm886

Unfortunately he wasn’t. (I wanted him to be but my mum was financially responsible for him and didn’t see it as important)

Hi Roxy, it turns out the cat is female and has been reunited with her owner. Best of luck finding your cat.

The cat returned to its owner on its own, the neighbor called the vet to let them know (he was given a paper collar with the vets number when I went to see if he was chipped)
