Circumstances:	This cat has been hanging around for a couple of weeks, but more recently it seems he has not been going home so I am guessing he is lost. I wonder if he has run off from his home due to being scared of fireworks. He is a well cared for healthy cat, timid. We have contacted the RSPCA who have checked him over and said he does not have a chip, but has been neutered. They estimated him to be around 2 - but only a guess. Some one must be missing him.
